Product and Services
Our clean, bright, air-conditioned facilities provide a positive training atmosphere, and we offer reasonable payment rates while not locking our students into contracts. We hold aerobic kick boxing classes twice a week at our Community Martial Arts Uxbridge location. In these classes, we use music and humour to motivate our students to enjoy physical activity while also learning self-defense techniques. Our kick boxing classes follow a pay-as-you-go model. Call us or drop by sometime to inquire about our Mount Albert and Uxbridge martial arts classes as well as about our philosophy.
We provide Shotokan karate classes for kids and adults at both our dojos – Uxbridge and Mount Albert. Students can train in this discipline up to four times a week. Our kids’ classes generally start with a game, followed by a warm-up, karate basics and a selection of karate kata, sanbon kumite and self defense. In our adult program, we add bunkai and ippon kumite to round out the training.
